1. Who we are
Veritech Supply LLC ("Tessera") operates the Tessera platform. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. It covers our websites and applications at tessera.online.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) account data you provide (name, work email, company, role); (b) operational data created through the Services (tasks, photos, signatures, timestamps); (c) usage data (device, log, and analytics data, subject to your cookie choices); and (d) enquiry data from contact and pilot forms.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the Services, respond to enquiries, send service and (with consent) marketing communications, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. Our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We share data with vetted sub-processors (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data. A current list of sub-processors is available on request and in our DPA.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Sealed evidence records are retained per your plan and regulatory requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact [email protected].
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and offer data-residency options for enterprise customers.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and independent audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001). See our Trust center.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You control non-essential cookies through the banner and cookie settings.
