How long does onboarding take?
A single-facility pilot is live in under 14 days, including mapping assets, crews, and SOPs. Multi-site rollouts are staged per facility.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Capture is offline-first — records queue on the device and seal to the ledger automatically when connectivity returns.
Can we import our existing SOPs?
Yes. We import your procedures during onboarding and enforce required photos and signatures per step.
How do Audit Packs work with inspectors?
An Audit Pack is a sealed, shareable bundle of every photo, signature, temperature, and SOP for a chosen window — exportable for FSMA 204, OSHA, and HACCP.
Who owns the evidence?
