A subset of API requests saw elevated latency between 14:02–14:24 UTC due to a database failover. Fully recovered; no data affected.
NetSuite sync delays
Invoice sync to NetSuite was delayed during a provider maintenance window. Queued jobs processed automatically once restored.
Web console degraded
Brief degradation of the console after a deploy; rolled back within minutes. Mobile capture and the ledger were unaffected.
