Subscription FAQ

How is a "facility" defined?

A facility is a single physical site — a warehouse, plant, DC, or cold store — under one roof and one operating license. Multi-building campuses are scoped during onboarding.

Do we need to buy hardware?

No. Tessera runs on the phones your crews already carry, plus optional vest mounts. If you have IoT sensors, the Integration Hub ingests them; if you don't, capture is fully manual-friendly.

Can we start with one site and expand?

Yes. Start on Basic for a single facility and move up to Growth or Enterprise as you roll out — the same ledger carries forward, with no migration or data loss.

Is there a setup fee?

Editions include onboarding (guided on Basic, white-glove on Growth and Enterprise). Complex integrations are scoped separately and quoted up front.
